Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

Probably yes, it might cause you alot of problems.... Bcause they will check and verify every travel you made in the last 10 years, police checks is mandatory too, references. Better include it especialy if it s a nursing experience, abroad.Godbless

I'm having a dilemma regarding the police clearance guys. I lived in the UK for 4 years then came back here just to gain my post-qualification experience. Does this mean that I have to gather two police clearance, from the Philippines and from the UK? However, I can only upload one police clearance in the Full assessment stage. Any advice? Thanks all!

What i know is that you will require a police clearance from the country where you are currently registered as a nurse.... for the upload.... but for visa processing i guess uk immig will assess and verify all your travels, therefore you will probably submit police clearance from countries where you stayed for more than 6 months....

Thanks. I do not need a visa because I have a permanent residency in the UK, my parents and my sibling are already British citizens in the UK and hoping to have my citizenship next year. So in my case, I only need a police clearance from here? Thanks again :)

You need police clearance from countries where you lived since you're 18.. I just don't know how long you need to be in a country for you to be considered living there. :) anyway, if you're from the Phils.. To get NBI clearance: go to phil embassy, process NBI clearance- you will only get a fingerprint card for that - send that to someone in the phils who can process it for you then once they've got it, send it back here.

for uk police clearance.. Google acro police then request for subject access.. £10 but takes 40 days. Hope this helps.

Thank you, however, my problem is that my NMC account is only letting me to upload one police clearance so I uploaded the clearance coming from the Philippines. I guess, I'll just gather police clearances from both country then just use the clearance from the Philippines. At least if they'll ask me to show a clearance from the UK then I can still show it to them :)

hi! I skipped adding my registration details in Saudi in the post qualification details. Would this be a problem?

Hey, I think that's a question that can best be answered by your agency especially if that experience appears on your CV.

You may also need to check the post registration experience requirements posted by the NMC just to make sure you still pass even if you took off your Saudi experience.

In my case, I kept it on, and though needing to process it while I'm Philippine based is a nerve wracking experience, it all turned out well, thank God.

Hello everyone!

I am currently on the assessment process of my NMC application. Just a few questions. The downloadable forms, should it be sent first before hitting submit on the my nmc personal website? and regarding the police clearance. I know this is very basic, but here in the Philippines, we have two kinds. The NBI clearance and the local police clearance. Which one is recognised by NMC? Thanks so much for your help..
