you can still use it.... both for nmc and visa application.... if you took the ielts before april 6 2015, you can still use it.. however, for visa processing, its only valid until november 2015.... after that date april 2015 it should be the ukvi....

What i know is that you will require a police clearance from the country where you are currently registered as a nurse.... for the upload.... but for visa processing i guess uk immig will assess and verify all your travels, therefore you will probably submit police clearance from countries where you stayed for more than 6 months....

Probably yes, it might cause you alot of problems.... Bcause they will check and verify every travel you made in the last 10 years, police checks is mandatory too, references. Better include it especialy if it s a nursing experience, abroad.Godbless

Uk nmc/nursing registration 1) ielts 2) create an account on nmc/apply for an eligibility to take the cbt/ielts info is needed/once eligible nmc will email you your authorization to take the cbt/cbt will cost you 130 pounds 3) schedule your cbt/misnet or pearsonvue/passed? 4) pay for the final assessment fee worth 140 pounds/nmc will provide you forms to be downloaded while filling up the needed details and scanned forms of your: Passport, nso birth, prc board cert, nbi(no more than 3 months from the date it was issued)/make sure docs are less than 100 kb so it can easily be uploaded 5) dont press the submit application yet until youve downloaded all the forms needed for verification: School, prc, work and health declaration 6) proceed with the submit application/print all forms/ complete all forms for verification/compile/send it all as one to nmc 7) wait for your osce 8) once with osce/cos will be provided/proceed with you medical and iom tb test/visa application

good morning... i got a job offer from gloucestershire... actually i did have 2 other nhs trust but decided to proceed with the first one because if i were to be assigned in london, i will really have difficulty in bringing my family to u.k. because it looks like the ratio of cost of living is like 1:3.... going back to the main issue, our employer told us that the fees we have to shoulder are the following: medical, cbt, ielts, nmc processing.... why? because anything that is in relation to my/our nursing registration is our responsibility.... other fees will all be shouldered by the employer.... poea, visa, plane ticket and ofcourse, NO PROCESSING FEE will be collected by the agency.... in order to make some clarifications and complains, visit any poea office in your area and ask about this so proper action can be taken, IF ITS NEEDED. for the health declaration. any registered medi al practitioner(physician) will do,as long as they are willing to answer verifications from nmc. complete all the initial test necessary like chest xray, cbc, stool and urine exam so they will have a basis in answering nmc.

hello.... 1) for those having issues with uploading documents, please check the file size of your document. In order to have less difficulty, please convert all file size to less than 100kb which can easily be done through an online application. Google will work too. 2) please only acquire the service of a private courier. expensive yet reliable. 3) for those with experience in Libya as nurse. [email protected] 4) just an advise based on my experience, dont let prc, school, work place to submit your documents because it might get lost or too long before it will arrive to nmc. what to do? collect them all, ofcourse sealed usig their envelops, then compile in a folder, place it in a plastic envelop, proper labelling is a must. Then send it via fedex or dhl to cause you no worries at all. This is the only way prc will process everything and evaluate upon they receive your docs because its all organized and can easily be assessed by nmc Godbless and goodluck

hello guys....took the cbt last march 18 and got the PASS result after 20-30 minutes.... just want to be honest... i actually didnt have enough time to study, especially the royals marsden...why? (work related) got the book by march 15 and didnt thought that its consisted of 950 pages.... all i did was... PRAY... PRAY... PRAY... and focused on the following tips.... 1) always patient safety even of its against hospital protocols.... 2) always patient safety first.... not our safety, not the doctors safety.... not the hospital interest but always patient safety first 3) drug calculation... basic 4) always read keyword in all given questions... like most appropriate (nursing care plan).... best thing to do(patient first... patient priority) .... first nursing action(nursing care plan)... 5)always... always... always... take your time to pick the right answer... no need to rush.... 6) Pray... Pray... Pray.... 7) study about copd/dehydration/infection/infection control/universal precaution/record keeping/clinical benchmark/code/standards/safety/nursing care plan/6 c's/ bedsores/waterlow..... 8) pray...pray..pray....
