Not quite sure about this.. You can ask NMC or just proceed with your application and hope for the best. With the old system, you'll be given longer time but now, they didn't say anything. I haven't practiced nursing since i got here in uk (5 yrs) but i've got my pin now.

I don't think they need anything.. Though, When you will be employed occupational health from your employer will ask about what immunizations you had.. Either you present an immunization record or you'll have some blood tests.. if you need booster or any vaccine, they will give it to you for free.

i did full! Ouch! And yes, they will inform you why you failed.. Not in full detail though, to protect the integrity of the exam.

Hi sherry! Got my results after two days. I've heard it's taking longer this time.. Within 5 days. As soon as you get results and pass and paid registration you can get your pin on the same day. :)

O Honestly, I was pretty confident the first time i took it.. Me and my study buddy was able to figure out the exam and was pleased that we did. We studied and prepared the right thing. We both think i really made it! But, i didn't and realized i could improve some more. With that, I made sure to do more during my resit. :) Hope you'll make it too! God bless..

Hi all! I passed my resit! :) Yes, it's entry level nursing but don't take it lightly which i did the first time. Study everything in the online resource that the uni will give you after booking the exam. Everything's there. Practice what needs to be practiced. The student handbook tells you what to expect in the exam. Check/double check instructions. If you're unsure about something, there are recommended books from there too.. Some of them are available in your local libraries.. You can either borrow or buy it! Most of all pray.. It's our most powerful weapon. Always remeber, everything happens according to His will and in His perfect time. Good luck and God bless fellow nurses! :)

Brown envelope will do, as long as each document that requires to be stamped are stamped and are in individual envelope, with address. Remember, it's supposed to be an "office-to-office" communication.

have you got dl and link to online learning? There's a sample on care planning there (powerpoint presentation).. Also, check the list of books at the end of the test booklet.. There are some books there too that can help you with care planning. :) with regards to dress.. A polo shirt or a tunic (work uniform) will do.. Paired with black trousers and black shoes.

I still need to call uni to arrange it. Read the osce booklet as well.. Whatever is written there about the exam is really what it is. :)

Dana's passed it! Unfortunately, i have to resit..but don't worry, i found the exam easy and very basic. I was probably just to complacent about it. When you book for the exam, you'll be given access to an online learning. Everything's just there. :) sorry, i can't really say anything about the exam coz i've signed a non disclosure.
