Hi. Wow. Thank you for this. I am so pressured right now because my parents really can't wait for me to have a job, that if they can put me in a box and ship me to the UK, they will!

From what country are you? That's a good thing - your parents being supportive. Guess they want what's best for you. Good luck on your exam. God answers our prayers in His time, and I believe that time is now :)

Hi. I've been following this thread since I started my application. It helped me a lot (and might I add, people here are very helpful). Luckily, I was able to get hold of my CoS last August and I was able to arrive here last week of August (Pheww!). I am now working as a band 3 (HCA) while I await for my OSCE. I have been booked second week of October and is really anxious about it. Any tips? I think I might have read somewhere that @kizmwah did the test several days ago.. how did it go? I really hope and pray that you pass it :)

Hi. In my case, I found the blueprint helpful. You better start reading that one too, along with the important points that can be seen on NMC's website (eg standards, the code, medicines management, etc). I know it appears like you have loads of stuff to read, but it is all worth it in the end. Best of luck on your exam!

Hi

I noticed that a note indicating that the documents that I sent to NMC were all received already. Does this mean that the 70-day processing has already begun, or do I still need to wait for a notice saying that my papers are on the assessment queue? Thanks

You're likely in the assessment phase already. Drop them an email just to get that official "notice". ^_^

Hi. In my case, I had to call them to get an immediate response from them. They dont respond right away thru emails. :) if you urgently need to know the status of your overseas application, then ringing them is the way to go. :)

Any news from your agency?

I was lined up as well but i think it was denied since the minimum point was 39.

After NMC problems.....here comes the CoS

And i heard that they will have new point system starting this october..

Its getting harder each time.:no:
