Nightingale College Spring 2023

Hello, 

I am applying for Nightingale College, hoping to start on January 9th for their BSN program. 

So far the admission process is going smoothly for me, I am taking the entrance exam today.

I'm wondering if anyone else is doing the same or are alumni from there and have anything they'd like to share about this school. ?

Thank you so much for this valuable information. I truly appreciate it. Yes, my advisor sent a study guide. I don’t know if the study guide is exactly what I should expect. 
 

I am trying to study now , likely going to take the exam next week.

Hello! 

I tried adding to the facebook group ""Nightingale College California Students" but was "denied" access. I submitted my request for a second time I made sure I listed that I'm entering in the Jan 2023 cohort and is located in the Los Angeles, Ca area.

Also, I have yet to take my entrance exam.  I've been using the study material sent per the advisor. I've also been looking at Math, Writing, and Reading Youtube videos. Does anyone know if I need to complete the entrance exam on or before November 13th? I paid the application fee and spoke with an advisor. But I forgot to ask if the testing has to be completed by the application deadline.

I am I your shoes. I was told to write mine in the 8th but I’m not prepared yet. So I want to know if it’s compulsory to write it on the date I was given . I thought the deadline is 28, is it 13th? 
 

why were you denied? I joined yesterday too. Re submit your application again. I have also asked this question on the facebook platform, waiting for the admin approval. Takes them time to approve. If I get any info, I will let you know.

I believe I was told November 13th do not quote me. I sent another request via facebook, I inadvertently "missed" the question where it asks me if I were in Los Angeles.

How is everyone doing?  How is your process going with Nightingale?  I honestly love this school.  Professors are awesome, they make sure to be available if needed.  There are always webinars going on if one is interested ie: stress, extra help etc. They offer movie nights and give you free tickets to see movies.  I got a backpack with essentials.  

Simulations:  You get oculus googles (really neat)

I think overall I would give this school a 9/10, there are still some flaws like sherpaths links not working at times, but thats only minor.

Please I need your advise . I just took the accuplacer, scored 278 in arithmetic, 253 and 251 in reading and writing respectively, I guess the need 260 and above in each . Feeling bad. What do yiu think I should do ?

I believe as long as you score above 240, you just need to do remediation for those courses. A score of 260+ doesn't require any remediation. The writing lab is free and can be done fairly quickly (so I've heard). Not sure about reading.
