I don't get how people still don't know about this scam of a company. They've been scamming people for at least 12 years that I know if. A simple Google search before signing anything will give you more than enough information.
I agree 100%. I believe it is advertising. I remember about 5 years ago seeing magnets and flyers at the 911 squad where you I worked. If anyone called expressing interest they would call back incessantly until you contacted them back and that's when the high pressure started.
I am also a very unhappy, scammed customer of the college network. Its been since 2012 when i signed up, I eventually paid the college network in full and went on to an actual University and obtained my Rn. I came across a posting on this subject and it would be nice to talk to someone about this please email me as [email protected] if you would like to talk about this subject.

I know - I thought everyone Googled everything now. Always good to do your research before signing the contract!
I am an LPN currently live in Missouri and had to go to our community college to start my bridge program because of TCN and no one accepting. I was not able to get out of the contract and have been paying for the last 4 years and never missed a payment. How do I get on board with the Lawsuit???

I bought into this and was doing the RT bridge to RN, I just finished my prerequistes with CollegeNetwork, Excelsior college called me today and informed me that they no longer allow RT's to become RN's via Excelsior, So I am out thousands of dollars, and all the time and energy it took to complete the classes I had to complete before I could start the RN classes. I'm ready to join the class action lawsuit!!

THAT is absolutely horrible. To go through all of that just to have excelsior say 'oops, sorry, but we won't let you become an RN now'. While it's difficult to blame excelsior, TCN should be hammered with THOR'S hammer!

You may be too late as the class action suit was filed in 2014. The Ohio attorney is listed in the article. Start there. Or google the FTC complaint. The class action was filed in OH and it should be available online by now
