Every NCLEX exam administered is the same level of difficulty. That being said, some people will tell you nursing school is harder than the NCLEX and some will tell you the NCLEX is way harder. It really depends on the individual.

No. The exam is national. Same bank for every taker, whether NY, CA, US territories, or anywhere in between.

it is an individualized test... maybe the one telling you that has weakness on EKG's that's why he/she was given more of that topics. it really depends individually

It's only the MENCLEX that is more difficult. ?
