Hi everyone. Does anyone know how one should go about applying for the State board in New Mexico? After the school sends the official transcript and after completing the fingerprinting requirements, how long will it take before one could be given an ATT? Thanks and have a nice day!
Hi Suzanne. I am a permanent resident but was foreign-educated. At some point, I also thought of working in NM that’s why I applied there. Although you are right and I do understand that I will have to go through the whole endorsement process should I wish to work in NJ. Also, by any chance, do you know the maximum time for processing papers and releasing ATTs to applicants in NM? Thanks and best regards!
The issue is not that they are quicker, but where do you actually wish to work? You will still need to go thru the endorsement process and that is actually longer in some states than going there for initial licensure. But one big question comes to mind, what type of visa are you currently on? If not with an OPT, you are going to have major issues as the I-140 and I-485 will not be accpeted after a couple of more weeks due to the retrogression coming into effect. I suggest that you speak with your immigration attoreny as soon as possible.
hi just wanna know what are the requirements for nm nclex? thanks...
please take the time to do some reading, before anything else. there is not such thing an the nm nclex. nclex is a national licensure exam. meaning that the same exam is good for all states, and does not belong to any one of them. you only take it once and the score is good for any us state.
you must apply to the board of nursing for the state, and when you go to their website for the state that you want, you will see all of the requirements for licensure by examination.
please take the time to do some reading here, that is why the stickies were written in the first place.
You can check out New Mexico's Board of Nursing website and send an e-mail requesting for FP cards. You should get two and it will be sent to you via air mail. Good luck!
Hello to everyone.I just want to know if I request for a fingerprint card through email, will I receive it as an emailed form and then printout the form? please help as to how this works.
Good day to everyone.

You're welcome. I am not sure how long it will take them to send the FP cards to you in the Philippines but it took me around three weeks to get it in NJ.
Thanks for your help. But I am a foreign RN from the Philippines, how long do you think the air mail of my Finger Print Card will take?
Thanks again.
