New member-Just took NCLEX today and think I failed!

Published

I just took the NCLEX-PN today and it cut off at 85 questions. I know that doesn't mean much but I really think that I failed. I felt like I did alot of guessing on the test and I walked out of there feeling terrible. I know that its not the end of the world but is sure does feel like it might be. I am new to this site and i've noticed alot of people talking about Suzanne's plan. Can anyone tell me what this is and how I can find it incase I failed my test. Thanks

I don't know if this will make you feel any better but 15 of my classmates just took the NCLEX-PN and all stopped at 85 and passed...so far I am the only on who had 155 questions and passed...more than likely you passed your test.:wink2:

Thanks so much for your kind words of encouragement. I'm trying not to think about it but some how its still in the back of my head. Hopefully your right and I did better than I think I did. Thanks again. God Bless

I hope your right. Did you feel like you had to guess on alot of the questions? or maybe like your were 2nd guessing yourself?

Hi! I'm a new member here...I'm from California.I took my exam last Feb. 7, and I'd been checking on the BON site...till' now I haven't seen my name yet...does this mean that I failed the exam. Mine, stopped at 75, i really felt bad after the exam. I'm so stressed-out even before the exam, I guess this the effect of NCLEX on me. Is there any other way, wherein I can check the result, even if I have to pay?help me...:nurse:

I also had 85 questions. I passed. I also walked out feeling like I had guessed on alot of the questions. And it took me about 2 hrs. :nurse:

Wait and see how it goes, many feel that they failed when they left the exam. Good luck

Which NCLEX did you take? PN will not show up on the website until you have paid fees. If RN then there can always be a delay with Ca onto when it will show up on their website and for some they receive letter before on site

I took the NCLEX-PN in AL. How early will it show up on the ABN website?

I took the NCLEX-RN...I still didn't see my name today...it's really frustrating. I don't know how long will it take for me to get the results. All i can think right now is probably i failed, that's why it's not showing up on the BON site.

I keep thinking the same thing. I e-mailed them today and asked them what the time frame was for it to show up on the license lookup and they told me to try back tomorrow after 9am. I took it on Monday so maybe it takes like 48 hours or something. Hopefully we will both be on there tomorrow with active licenses. I'll say a prayer for you too. Good luck and thanks for replying.
