I just got my RN license by endorsement in New jersey today, after waiting for months to hear from them i had to go to their office and left with my license number within 5 seconds. Please i need help, anyone know any hospital or nursing home hiring registered nurses without experience in New jersey?,I just got CPR and first aid certificate last week.I would appreciate if i can get help from people here.

I would apply to anywhere and everywhere that might hire nurses. The NJ market is saturated with new grads so you're going up against a lot of competition from them and experienced nurses.

IvoryRN all of my friends are new RNs with BSNs & some have taken a year to get a job in NJ hospitals. It was suggested to apply at LTC facilities for faster employment or nursing homes!
Thanks Shan6802,please do you know any LTC facility or nursing home hiring in New jersey now?
I honestly don't know. Depends on which part of jersey U are looking?

I would apply everywhere. Don't expect a job to come easily. You will have to put the work in to get hired somewhere. Start Googling.
I am currently looking in NJ & PA, but I'm pressing for a hospital position. Patiently applying to every hospital , big n small, near & far, within the 2 states. If your crunched for time, start with nursing homes, if your up north..VA Facilities. What was told to me: make it your job to apply to jobs until you land a jobðŸ‘

how far into PA are you willing to go? Most hospitals in the Wilkes Barre /Scranton area are hiring, even new grads
I have an interview at Abington memorial next week. I think that's about an hour and 15 from my house.
