You are really lucky to have found that job. :) So under a temp. grad. license can you still give meds or start IVs, or does it all have to be under a supervision of a licensed RN?

here it is facility dependent... you start out under total observation then it is up to whoever is your preceptor/clinical coach to decide what you do independently.
