Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.
Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

Hello everybody!I have a sort of confusion right now between idp philippinesAnd ahpra. I got an email from ahpra stating that my IELTS test result is not yet with them and my sister called them for several times already and they kept on telling my sister that they need my hard copy test report form not the electronic result. However, from the side of IDP, whenever i call them regarding my result they told me that they already sent my result electronically which is required by ahpra wetern australi. If ever they will send it via courier the state won't accept.What will i do? My deadline will be on 14th of March and i'm really confused about how should i solve my problem.

When i submitted the application form online, i attached all docs except for the vaccination history form. I gave them a note that im still working on my vaccinations and will send tomthem right away as soon as i completed them. I sent them my vaccination history signing the acceptance letter from AAON.Re: my visa it says on the online status that my medical results are forwarded to Australia for further processing. I hope they wont require me to sign a health undertaking. Thank you for your prayers. I hope and pray too that you can get an offer soon.
I did not lack any requirements. I was not notified to submit any additional documents. And yes, i submitted my ielts results, PRC certificates, all related documents that I could think of (even if they were not directly stated in the form/checklist) at the same day I personally lodged my application. I had my mom send them to Sydney. Sorry, I've been ediing this post for the nth time because its been a long while since I did the application process. Dementia much? Hahaha! They told me it was better to bombard them with supporting documents because these could help speed up the application. But I guess that wasn't the case for me. I still waited for 8 months to get my LOE. Patience is indeed a virtue. And who would better test your patience than AHPRA NSW! Hahahaha!

hi guys..im pretty new to this thread..my endorsement letter is still from the old Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia..But VCHN now IHNA accepted it anyway..just lodged my visa yesterday and my probable intake is on May 14, 2012 at Melbourne..Anyone here up for the same date? Do shoot me a message so that we can acquaint each other just in case we successfully complete the process..
