Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.
Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

Kindly read the AHPRA website and also check this (http://www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/Registration-and-Endorsement/Forms.aspx), then scroll down and click ( Application for general registration (graduated or trained overseas) as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Midwife - AGOS-40) an application form for registered nurses who wants to apply and receive an eligibility letter from AHPRA if successfully comply their requirements.:D

Hello everyone! I just want to ask if bank certificates from a rural bank valid as a proof of funds for visa filing? I had a friend who said that she was denied because according to her agent the bank that she used was not like the other big banks in the market.. Is this true? Or her agent was just making excuses? Anyone?
Hi! regarding this, yes it is true that having a bank certificate from a rural bank is not permitted anymore. The embassy has a list of accredited banks.

Were you able to get a Police Clearance from Saudi Police Authorities or just a Certificate of No Derogatory Record from the Consulate General of the Rep. of the Phil. in Jeddah/Riyadh?

hello there, i also worked in KSa but i wasnt able to get polica clearance. will they ask for it in visa application?
then im gonna be DEAD, it takes whole 2-3 mos before they wil release it, snail paced system govt huhuhuhu.

Yes. but at that time I was still in Saudi Arabia that's why I was able to secure one. I got a police clearance.
