NELRP is there a thread?

Is there already a thread for RNs waiting to hear about awards from the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program?

When I search, I can only find previous year's threads.

So frustrated! Status still says 'submitted' (it said 'in review' a couple of weeks ago, but only said that for a few days, but has since changed to and has stayed on 'submitted')!! I called today and the lady told me that they are having issues logging updates to the portal because of so many applications - I get that much.... but she wouldnt give up any other info!

She did offer up the fact that if you dont know by Sept 30th, then you didn't get it. They notify those not selected in October....AGH!

Well, another day has gone by! No second signature. Maybe watched contract doesn't get signed! Will be in workshop all day tomorrow. Maybe if I stay off the BCRS portal my reviewer person can sign my contract. Thinking positive thoughts has become harder but not giving up!

Someone signed my contract today!!!! Quick question, when you gals are saying "second signature" are you meaning yours and one by a rep/approver? Or do you mean two different signatures by reps/approvers? My contract has my signature and only one other. No second email yet though. I am SO happy! Thank you all for your positive comments!!!!!

So my worries are resurfacing that the change inmy loan status from forebearance to deferment has messed my chances up!!!! Please pray it is not so!!!!

I called after I saw the new signature on mine because my page still says "you are not guaranteed an award...) and no new email. The woman said they are really backed up. I feel strongly that you will be fine, maybe tomorrow you will get the signature!!!

Silvermoondust: what did she say about your signature but no email? Does the signature on your contract mean you got it??! I mean, is THAT the guarantee??
