Is there already a thread for RNs waiting to hear about awards from the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program?

When I search, I can only find previous year's threads.

So my worries are resurfacing that the change inmy loan status from forebearance to deferment has messed my chances up!!!! Please pray it is not so!!!!

I don't believe that is a problem. They don't want you to change jobs or consolidate your loans, but being in diferent payment status' is ok, as long as not in default. When I applied I was in grace period, then deferement, and then started repayment in May or June.

Why don't you call and ask them about it. You may get someone who will be kind enough to leak more info to you and put your mind at ease. YOU ARE GOING TO GET THIS!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree with prior comments, like I really don't think you have anything to worry about. As long as your not in default, which your not, you should be just fine.
