Hello Everyone,
I am going to apply for NELRP for 2010. I am getting married in June '10. I am wondering if when I apply, will they look at my debt to income ratio or that of me and my husbands combined income once we are married, since we are getting married in the middle of the application process. If anyone knows I would love to know. My debt to income ratio by my self is 268%, but much less with my fiances income added. Right now I live with my parents and am struggling to pay my loans.
Thanks,
Sarah
I actually recieved 2 payments in the month of September. When I called they told me it was because of the end of the fiscal year and that I would not recieve a payment in October but they would resume in November. My monthly payments are supposed to come around the 23rd (according to my contract date). I recieved my November payment last week. If you still have not recieved a payment I would call them again. Maybe they just missed you and don't realize it??
For previous applicants, my friend is freaking out because she faxed all her info for the NELRP 2011 but forgot the online portion said it needed to be received by 5pm EASTERN time, she was like an hour late per fax. Do you think they will take her app still???? Thanks all. It helps to read previous info as well!!!
I am a nursing student at a private institution getting my 4-year BSN, and I am interested in NELRP as I will have a substantial amount of loan debt. I have seen some messages about "non-nursing courses" and was just wondering what exactly that means. I have classes such as english, philosophy, ipe, etc. that I am required to take in order to get my BSN so if my loan covers classes such as those, am I still eligible?
