Need your Input

I got hired a couple of weeks ago at this LTC facility for supervisor/charge nurse and they don't have a DON so they need a RN in the building for at least 8 hours a day.. I'm the only RN on the building when I work....what do you think about this situation??

Featured Replies

TDH criteria require a qualified DON. How can they be licensed if they don't have one? Something is fishy.

I don't have the slightest idea .... They say they only need a RN in the building for 8 hours a day to stay open

Personally, I would steer clear of that situation.

Hi MissRNBlue. How are you? I recently sent you a friend request. I have a question. I have not figured out how to send messages on this site.

Thanks so much,
