Hello Everyone!
I passed my nclex exam and am now processing my visascreen application. My questions are:
1 - Do I need to send a Request for License Validation to the US state i sat in for my exam?
2 - Do I still have to request for my academic credentials from my previous schools ( I my finished Bachelor of Arts years ago) and finished nursing as my second course.
Thanks in advance.
Whew! That's a relief! This is what one gets when too many courses taken or too few money to pay the tuition fees. I guess.Just a final clarification though, since the TOR is already integrated and I understand that one TOR from the last institution attended is enough, what will I place in the VS Professional Education section asking for the professional school attended? The two nursing schools I attended or just the one I graduated from?
Thank you again for your patience.
So as not to confuse you more with the details that I'm presenting, just the one where you graduated from.
For the rationale on this one, see my previous post.
You're welcome!:)
If you have submitted documents for the CGFNS exam, or even the CVS; then ICHP can use those same documents for the VSC. You just need to send in the application and the funds for it.
Only time that you need new documents is if your file is more than two years old. CGFNS only keeps files active for two years in normal situations.

Better! Thank you very much for the patience.
At 398 bucks a pop of the Visascreen versus skipping my job and hopping on an airplane just to have my past schools send those bunch of papers is really a hard choice. Finding the middle ground at this point was a big help.
Thank You!

Oh, the current price for VS new applicant is $398 plus $50 processing fee.
God bless!
Hi. I'm also a second courser and in the process of accomplishing my visascreen. Do I need to have my first school fill up the "request for academic records" form? Thanks in advance.
No. In the Philippines, the nursing school integrates your previous transcripts on to the nursing transcripts already so you only have to request your nursing school to send one.
Hi, everyone. I'm planning to pay online the visascreen application. However, when i registered at CGFNS International, I noticed that applicants have to fill up every forms before you can proceed with the payment. I am not able to fill up the Licensure Verification as I don't have a license # yet issued by the prc.
I had in mind to pay ahead of time so that I can be given a CGFNS ID# while waiting for my prc license to be released, and so that I can process whatever is available, such as the Academic Requirements. ( FYI, I took the NCLEX and the Ielts months before the Local board).
So is it not possible to pay ahead while awaiting my prc license?:nuke:

Yes, you can and just ff it up. Also, you do not need the actual hard license from PRC. If you registered already, then you can do that as well. Your registration number is also your license number.
