Need Help About CA Pass Letter Urgent

Hi there! What are the steps in securing a pass letter form CA BOARD? Do I just write a letter of request and mail it to them? Or do I have to download a form from CA BON website? And how should I send the payment? Really hoping for your reply! THANKS SO MUCH!

Just write a letter of request to the board together with the US postal money order.:nuke:

I also passed my NCLEX-RN last year, wanted also to have that candidate report..

I understand that you have to send a letter of request if you want to have a copy of the Candidate report (CA NCLEX-RN), but how about the payment?? how much ??

so you used postal money order and mail it via regular mail and indicate that its for a pass letter?

>Vt now requires CES, but if you have a visa screen certificate, would you still need a CES?

-can you give a copy of the visa screen or must you pay cgfns to send a true copy to them

YES. you can request for multiple copies... i asked for 2 copies on my letter with $20 check..

I read that you don't need CES since you have a visa screen.. check out fruity's thread for more info

guys, when you received your pass letter what did it look like? did it have a 2x2 photo of you taken when you were in pearsonvue to take the exam? or was it just another pass letter with the ssn requirement and 3 year deadline?

hello jbc... i hope you still visit this blog... i also already have a visa screen certificate... would vermont accept that instead of the CES? and how do i go about it?... please, i really need help... although i am pursuing the FSW application in canada, i wouldn't want to waste my NCLEX... nobody should go through it again just because of some technicalities...

how long did it take you to get licensed in VT? i am assuming you already have because this thread is over a year old already...
