wow! nice one!! could be a way in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person shares his/her skills, knowledge to his/her fellow nurses who have been wanting to have someone who can help them in terms of employment, application process , choice of destination and so many other things that concerns nursing. Conference online especially if there are many participants will help everyone keep track of the things being discussed. Eyeball too is fine,more direct and personal. Either way, what matters most , everyone's been able to share and help. Bravo! ♥

hi! yes, after reviewing your documents/credentials you will receive an eligibility letter from them together with a bulletin/booklet. For how long you gonna wait for it? it varies, depending on the volume of applications they receive,,plus they reviewed the application based on individual cases. I for one received my eligibility within 4 months, my friend got hers in 3 months time considering we both mailed the application on the same date. I guess the next logical step is to take your review so that when you become eligible to proceed with the registration ,you are ready already....(can be done online, so in just 2 days you'll have your ATT or Authorization to Test). hi alma_kyle, No need to apply for an interim permit. Just the application and the fee plus the fingerprinting card and all other requirements from respective authorities mentioned /needed in the application process. For the english exam, I have taken IELTS. goodluck. Please proceed with your application as it will take 3 months or more waiting for your eligibility. All the best.

Hi alma_kyle, yes, no problem with that, I have a friend who sent her credentials in one mailing too- in that case she was able to save for the cost of it. 'The other one , also includes even her application form, it's like 3-in 1.You have a choice between a FEDEX (which of course takes only 2-3 days) or registered mail,4 weeks. If you want your paper to reach the CA BRN the quickest possible time, choose the former. The place where you choose to mail it doesnt matter, once it's sealed, i guess it's enough proof that those papers were issued to you by the proper authority. best of luck!!

I do not remember anymore how much exactly the fee for fingerprinting,but one thing for sure it will not exceed 500 pesos, there's a fee of 20 pesos before entering the office then they will give you the receipt thaT you're going to present to the guard.(by the way,the NBI Carriedo office is just a walking distance from the Quiapo church). I'm not so sure anymore if its on the 3rd floor or 4th that you have to sign in a logbook, that is for those who are accomplishing all those fingerprint cards...ask any personnel there just tell them its a fingerprinting for FBI needed in the states for your NCLEX application,they knew it already because everyday there are lots and lots of applicants accomplishing this fingerprinting cards from different states just for NCLEX. Last month I went there to renew my NBI clearance, and saw a long line of applicANTS for fingerprinting, be there early. In my case, I completed 2 sets of fingerprint cards,sent one with the application packet,but i kept the other, I just wanted to be sure then that just in case they needed another one or there something wrong with the one I sent,I can readily forward another without the hassle of going back to the NBI again. My other classmate then accomplished 3, she sent the 2 copies, kept the remaining card for herself. :) As For protection, once you are done with fingerprinting, you will be given an alcohol swabs for 5 pesos fee before you get hold of the card, then place it in a folder or envelope.
