Need Help About CA Pass Letter Urgent

i need detailed answers regarding on how to request for the Ca pass letter (the one with my pearsonvue photo on it, also called candidate report) .. i haven't go much time really so i have to make actions soon so please help..

is it $60 check + Formal letter Request which i have to send by mail?

hi nurse dandy... what information did you put in your request letter? did you just give them your name?... thanks!

I would suggest that you include your date of birth and date examination in the letter.That's what i did.:)

hello again nursedandy... i just have a few more questions... can you post the address where you mailed your letter of request for your candidate cert to? and the payee for the bank draft?
