sgodwin, this is a difficult question to answer.
First, be aware that no one feels prepared! It is impossible to know everything and we are actually expected to get about half of the questions wrong.
Second, you could be asked anything. Tests are individualized. A question (and level of difficulty) is based on how well you did on the previous question. You are going to be asked about safety, infection control, meds, diseases and conditions, etc...the list is endless.
Most importantly, you have to know test taking strategies as well as content. If you are weak on either, you may want to reschedule the test. Personally I do not think ATI is the best review, but that is only one opinion.

No one feels prepared as scaredsilly mentioned!
I'm taking mine in 3 days, I'm terribly nervous but confident. Do I know everything? No I don't, but I feel like I know enough to get by with critical thinking. Shoot i'm still running into information I never heard of before.
Having good testing skills helps enormously. Be sure to check out that 35 page pdf thats floating around. It has great testing skills information.

Do you know core content (a bit about major diseases/issues/treatments/teaching within all body systems), lab values, infection control (isolation precautions, ppe to wear, is the door open or closed, etc.) and basic procedures (i.e. how to hang/start an iv, administering eye/ear drops, suctioning, 24 urine specimen collection, TPN/PN/Gtube feeding, etc)? These areas are a big focus on NCLEX.
Good luck!!

Focus on improving your knowledge in your weak areas. Also look at basic procedures, lab values and infection control.
Gook luck !
