NCLEX Tommorrow!!!!

Anyone taking the NCLEX tommorrow (28th)? I was so confident up until today, now I am in full panic. Asking myself lab values and forgetting stuff that I know that I knew:uhoh3: I am trying to practice breathing but I am just so psyched up that I don't know what to expect (that is the hardest part). We have all put so much into our careers as nurses and I hate that it comes down to just this one day!
...I think I'll go get Imodium...just in case...:icon_roll

I just took my test for the 3rd time today(27th) and I felt the same. I was fine until I got to the building and then I had to do some deep breathing. You'll do fine. Have faith and you don't need luck

GN... LOL.... you sound like me on Sunday (I took the test yesterday, Monday)...I even was considering the Imodium too and studied lab values last minute too LOL (I held off on the Imodium, didn't know if I'd end up with some weird side effect on test day)... is there anything you can do to get your mind off of it? Watch a movie? Go out with someone?

I had my kids running around all weekend & dh was at work so I could really only think about it so much. I am worse today, waiting for my results!!!!! I just finished a 500 piece puzzle that one of my boys started and didn't finish... tick tock, tick tock...

I'm sure you'll do great!!!

My best freind is going to take it on the 28th and she is psyched. she originally had a date for July 3rd and ever sinced she scheduled she has been trying to get an earlier date. I told her she's crazy but she just keeps saying she's ready to take it and get it over with. She said I want through 2 years of nursing school if I don't know it by now I won't 2 weeks from now either. And she only studied for a total of maybe 10 hours. God Bless Her :) she has way more confodence than I do.

GN4now just just keep using some positive reinforce and tell yourself "I can beat this thing, I am going to pass!!" and try keep yourself busy and most of all as hard as it may be relax. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. GOOD LUCK! and here you go you sound like you need this :icon_hug:

Yep, me too! I am also taking it in the a.m. Going to watch a movie tonight. Took the kids out today for a picnic and a hike. I just had to get out and get my mind off of it!

I am leaving my house two hours early just so I can make sure I am there and do not have to worry about traffic. If I get there early I will spend my time writing my name with RN! Ha ha Best wishes to you guys!

Good luck to all of you with your exams tomorrow! I kept this in mind when I went to take the nclex, "I know what I know and I don't know what I don't know". When I got a question on the exam that I was not sure of, I then asked myself what do I know about this question and then I went from there. You know what you know and that is quite alot, so place your focus on that. Believe me it will help you with the exam. I found that I actually knew quite abit.

Just take a deep breath, say a prayer to God, then take the test.

Just took my test (I guess since its after midnight)yesterday. Just realize that you can do it and go for it.
