When did you graduate? If it has already been a while since you got out of school, then I would recommend taking a little extra time to review more stuff. I took mine 1 month after graduation and didn't have to review the last semester stuff as much because it was so fresh in my mind. I reviewed mainly 2nd and 3rd semester stuff. But if I would have waited until now, I would need more time to review so I could go over 4th semester stuff again.
Go over things you didn't understand as well (endocrine? cardiac? peds? etc) and do at least 50-100 questions a day (sometimes more if you are "in the mood") and review rationale. Also, study for pharm by reviewing the ending of generic name (ie: -olol is beta blocker and what you need to know in general about beta blockers, -pril is ace inhibitor and what you need to know about those). Some of the drugs I got I only recognized what they were because I knew the ENDING. I agree with the others on taking time to go over normal lab values, etc, too.
Good luck! You can't take it until you feel somewhat "ready", but the longer you put it off, the bigger it will seem to become in your mind. Just try to relax some and remember that you made it through school and you can make it through this, too.
I agree with LisserRN, if you have been out of school for a while you should review content. I would also practice 50-150 questions a day and read the rationales of both right and wrong answers. I worked full time when I was preparing for the exam, and I studied 2 hours on most days that I worked, and about 2-3 hours on days that I did not work. Since I took the exam a little over a month after I graduated, I didn't go over content. Good luck! )
