Nclex...265??

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hello, Im new to the site but wanted some input on receiving 265 questions on the NCLEX exam today. I am feeling pretty awful and unsure b/c of getting the full number possible. Does anyone know if there is a high percentage of passes or fails for 265 questions?? ANY input at all is appreciated . Thanks so much

Sarah

I took NCLEX last week and I got 265 Q's. So, I know what you're going through. I passed, so it's definitely possible to pass with 265. Including myself I know 5 people who have got 265 and out of those 5, 4 have passed. Good luck!! Also, think positive.

I know 1 person that passed with 265 and 1 person that failed with 265. Just try to do someting to get your mind off of things ( i am going to work the day after I take my NCLEX). Good luck to you!

Some will pass, some will fail, but the bottom line is you did your best, it's DONE, and there's absolutely zippo that can change it either way at this point. What you CAN do is unwind, go for a walk, clean out a closet, catch up on housework, read a magazine, do a craft, groom the dog, bake a batch of something yummy to indulge in (or go to bakery and let THEM indulge you!!). Let it go, until it's actually time to check results.

Best of luck to you!!

My instructors told us that to keep in mind that you were still in the game the more questions that were asked of you! So it doesn't mean you failed, just that it needed to ask more questions to decide on your ability. Think Positive!!! I wish you the best!

I had a classmate take hers last week and got 260 questions. She passed even though she was thoroughly sick in bed for 2 days until she got her results.

Hi, I know what you must be going threw because I took the NCLEX today and I have the horrible 265 Q's. I was like it was never going to end. I honestly don't know what I could have done to prepare any better than I did nor do I think it would have made a difference on the number of Q's I had. I have been depressed since taking the test and I know it's going to be a BAD weekend (worrying about whether I passed or failed). So, Good luck to the both of us and although I don't know you personally I understand what you are going through and no one knows until they have walked in 265 Q's shoes. Once again Good luck and I wish you the best and although I don't know you (as I stated eariler), I will pray for the both of us.
