  1. Hello everyone! My name is Sarah. I am a wife and a mother of 3 beautiful kids, I graduated in May, passed my NCLEX last week, and am working on a Womens and Childrens floor and loving it. Good luck to all of you still waiting to take the NCLEX, and congratulations to those of you who've passed!
  2. Hello, I took the NCLEX exam last week, had the full 265, and passed...hooray!!! I studied by taking the practice tests that came with the NCLEX review book, typing "NCLEX practice questions" into Google and going over and over every one that I could. Honestly, I feel like practicing with and knowing the structure of the test and questions was helpful more so than the content of the practice questions. The content on the NCLEX is very random, different every time, so try and have a base knowledge about a little bit of everything. There are always areas for each of us that we feel weaker than others, try and freshen up on those areas. When you finally get there, test day, try and take a few deep breaths, stretch, and tell yourself over and over "I can do this, I made it through nursing school, I want to be an RN, I can do this". Good Luck to all of you!!!
  3. Hello, Im new to the site but wanted some input on receiving 265 questions on the NCLEX exam today. I am feeling pretty awful and unsure b/c of getting the full number possible. Does anyone know if there is a high percentage of passes or fails for 265 questions?? ANY input at all is appreciated . Thanks so much Sarah
  4. Hello from vt! I wanted to reply and let you know that I personally love VT. I grew up in WV , moved here with my husband, and don't want to leave. I just took my NCLEX today, and (God willing I pass) will have a job at the local hospital here making close to 22$/hr. The cost of living may be a little more here, but, the jobs pay better than some other states. My family in WV struggle even though their cost of living is much less because the jobs pay much less. I believe it all balances out. Good luck with whatever you decide. Sarah
