that' a good idea. keep your test date to yourself because when you tell too many people that puts you under so much pressure and when you fail telling them you did not make it will be depressing. Just you and God.

hey guys -- believe in yourself! u can do it! i took kaplan and had low scores and became a bit discouraged but u know what - i got me a good nclex review book and read everyday and did questions everyday! don't tell people ur date because it's too much pressure! u will do fine! stay focused and just know that it's almost over! you are on your way to becoming a REGISTERED NURSE!!

hi everyone! march 1 now! time moves so fast! anyway i am going to take test next week! waaaaah its my 3rd time now, and i feel i am not ready! putting aside the negativism away but it lingers me! i hate it. i did kaplan my scores low, theres alot of things running in my mind like family problems etc., but i keep on studying. i just hope i do this time. i am thinking of changing the date but daylight savings is going to change.. im still doing kaplan now, done with saunders. any inputs for nclex rn would be appreciated....

Well good luck.Same here its my fourth time I will be taking it on March 30.I took it on that day bec. I dont want to take it on April 1 bec I know it will be a different text plan and I heard it would be harder. So be positive and saunders is actually a great and best reviewer and if you feel that you are ready, go for it.Bec its only you who can gauge yourself. :)

Hi Dreamgoal RN,

I will be siting for mine this month too and that is going to be the 3rd time. I guess I understand how you are feeling at the moment. I have 2 kids, one is in school and the other is not. So just imagine studing at home with your kid [distractions mmm].

Anyway, having said all this, just believe in yourself. Pray hard too and I know that all shall be well.

Do you have the link to Hurst Review? I could recommend it to people if it provides an adequate amount of content review.

DreamgoalRN-yes I believe you can do it in 2 weeks if you stay motivated. I do about 3-4hours of lecture a day. Each one is about an hour but covers about a whole system such as heart or GI. If you want a good content/patho review and have time to sit and watch these lectures I would highly recommend it!
