NCLEX RN 76 Q. Pass or Fail?

Published

Hello everyone. I took my exam yesterday and the computer shuts off at 76Q. I felt happy yesterday but today I'm starting to doubt my performance if I pass or fail. The first 50Q I was certain I was gonna shut off at 75Q. From the very beginning I received SATA. I had 4 consecutive SATA. There were times I get SATA then priority questions then SATA again. One time I had SATA then Drag & Drop or Drag & Drop then SATA. From question 50-75 I didn't get any SATA anymore thats why I was hoping my computer would not to stop at 75Q and it didn't. But after 76Q it went blue!!!! But I remember my 73Q was a drag and drop. And my 76Q was a referral and I know I got it wrong coz I google it. Does that mean I dragged my score below the passing standard thats why it shuts off at 76Q eventhough I was good during the first 50 Q (I just assume!!!!). I read many stories that as the questions get harder means youre doing good. But my experience was different. I never encounter unfamiliar diseases or drugs or procedures. Questions were not complicated. Thats why I'm doubting if I was below the line miserably. I research my answers yesterday and mostly I got it right. Please help!! Does anybody fails with 76Q eventhough you have lots of Alt Format Q?? I'm going nuts right now. I can't relax this long weekend knowing tomorrow is holiday and no mail. Im planning to wait the results through mail even though my state participates in quickresult (NY BON). I'm so traumatized with this exam coz this is my 3rd attempt and hopefully will be the last. First 2 attempts with dreadful 265Q. Both 1Above, 1Below, 6Near Passing.

Please enlighten me coz I'm getting crazy right now!!!!! :(

Why do you have BSN, RN credentials and can't pass the NCLEX???

Last question withdrawn. CONGRATS!!!

Wow, congrats! You basically passed with flying colors.

I did my NCLEX yesterday.. It wasn't crazy difficult, but you never know... I had 76 questions and just 5 SATA.. No calcs, no ekg.. A lot of priority and check what wasn't correctly said by the pt (f/u) questions. Just 2 meds SSRI's. When it didn't stopped at 75 I was relieved.. I tough.. I wasn't that bad (or that good) but I did #76 in 2h 1/2 and it kicked me out😱! How can it be?? What was a difference between 75 and 76?!?!? I had a little hope but it went down and down while I was driving back home.. I did the Pearson trick.. It went to the cc.. And I panicked! Then I checked and now its always going to the cc no matter what. That was surely a relieve.. Then I put the cc info and went to the 2 page, it didn't tell me anything.. Like "you have already and scheduled exam".. Nothing. (I didn't pay! Didn't went to page 3!) Then I just assumed I will need to go over this misery, and this crazy studying again..!! No way.. This morning I woke up, thinking.. Maybe there is still hope.. My quick results weren't available.. No licence # under my name in Fl BON.. No nothing 😔.. But my friend gave me a page also from the board https://appsmqa.doh.state.fl.us/OnlineTestNET/default.aspx

it goves you the results right away! Then I discovered I PASSED my NCLEX-RN my first time. I did the learning extension.. Very good program and very good questions. Just read fundamentals of saunders, know the important values (wbc, rbc.. K, Na..) and do a lot of priority questions, nclex is going really hard on those. I wish you GOOD LUCK! This page helped a lot yesterday when I was so sad and depressend and I hope you find in my experience some hope. 🎉🎉 you can do it!!!!!!!!🎀❤️
