This post is for all those who are taking their nclex rn in January. How are you guys with your review? What materials are you using? Let's encourage each other. Thanks
What was your scores overall & assessment
My overall performance is 57% avg and the other rest was 53% . I know it's not that high but I'm okay with it. I took Kaplan readiness Friday with 63%. My friend only did u world after she failed her first time and was only getting around 50% averages .
I think I'm going to take a break from nclex questions for one day I'll jut read rationales....I feel burned out and I'm not answering my questions as effectively like I used to ...maybe I'm tiredmy brain is ready to explode and I feel like I'm jut glancing over things when I read...I'll get some more rest before getting back in the game
Anyone else feel kind of burned out from this studying? Lol
I hear ya! You are not alone, sometimes i read and doesn't get absorbed by my brain... i read like 3 to 5 times before my brain can process... my brain is so tired already...
I am burnt out!!!! I have had a bad cold for a week and coughing all night and I haven't slept good in a week. I am praying I dont have a cough attack on Thursday during the NCLEX. I would postpone but I have done way too much of that. I got my ATT in June after graduation April 30, 2016. I just feel I got to give it a shot no matter what or I will keep postponing. I dont feel ready though and I am starting to get super nervous. I have read maybe too many blogs. Anyways, If you all would pray for me. Another big pressure is everyone asks when I am taking my test etc. So many people and its just so much pressure. I am sure you can all related.
@saldridge don't be scared to take the assessment from UWORLD. So far I think its been a great predictor...my friend did the predictor and got a "very high" chance of passing. I think another person in the forum got a 69% and a high chance of passing and still passed. Just take it as a way to measure where you are at...who knows you may be surprised.
@Lessiegrl what did you score on your uworld predictor? Sorry if you answered that...was it the score of "the other rest"? Oh and did your friend pass?

@Ms Petite you mean that new thing they just put only one of? only 53% EEK. And yes, she passed with 75 questions and that is the only thing she used and she used Barrons nclex rn flash cards for medication. I bought them but they came too late. I am getting so so so so so nervous. I have a bad cold and praying I dont have cough attacks at NCLEX, and now its that time of month, my emotions are thorough the roof lol.
