nclex rn exam

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

So, I just took the nclex-rn for the 5th time and I did the pearson trick, did not get the good pop-up and I am just crushed.

Does anyone have any advise for me. I am so bummed and I have been working so hard. Have used Kaplan, and ATI. What else is out there to help me get through this?

His Rob, I am sorry to hear that you didn't pass the NCLEX. However, it is not the end of the world. We all have a story about our nursing school journey and NCLEX journey. I understand how you feeling Because I am a multiple time test taker myself. It is a struggle. What is working for me is the Hurst review. I was lacking content because I graduated a while ago, and hurst did that for me. Please don't give up. Another weakness I have is over analyzing on the exam. Please try not to do that. Someone said take your hand of the mouse and read the question and then pick an answer and stick to it. Because if you keep your hands on the mouse while reading the question you most likely to pick an answer quick without truly understanding the question. Search yours and see where you are going wrong. Remember, the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but to those that endures to the end. Endure! Endure! Endure!

Have you tried Hurst?! Hurst videos were very helpful with content but I felt like their questions reviews helped me the most with NCLEX. Stay focused, Reassess and have faith!! You will pass!

Is Hurst expenive?

The online review is $300. Comes with the video, the Qreview and a PDF workbook that you print and complete as you're watching the videos.

(I haven't taken NCLEX yet), but that's what I've been using, along with Saunders for content

Thank you all for the kind words and the suggestion. I will give Hurst a try.

How are you answering the NCLEX questions?

I'm not sure how I am answering the questions. This last test was a lot of SATA and those have always given me problems.
