What are the requirements in LVN application?? do i need to send my High School diploma even though i already finished BSN ?

How were you able to get a BSN if you don't have a HS diploma? In my state (CA) you have to have a HS diploma to apply for an ASN nursing program, and to even apply the the university where you can get a BSN....as strict as CA is, I bet you have to have a HS diploma to get your LVN... Go to the websites people keep referring you to, if it doesn't say then contact the board directly.

Again, contact the board. When I applied to the ASN nursing program I had to submit my HS diploma because non high school grads can attended JC...I didn't have to submit for my

BSN because the university already had copies of my diploma because you have to be a HS grad to go to a State or University College...

What does the application ask for? Give them that.

[color=#b22222]yes, you will need your diploma. i don't know why no one has straight up answered this question but you are going to need a diploma or ged. i am wondering how you obtained a bsn without one? i'm in california and even mas are required to have a diploma/ged. good luck! :)

I mentioned this earlier in another thread:

Guys, you also have to submit our high school diploma or it will delay your application!

It's stated in the application form under Section A, #2: "Furnish proof of completion of the 12th grade of schooling or its equivalent."

I asked the BON to send my files to the BVNT and they did, after a month I got a reply from BVNT they incluided a declaration form and asked me to fill it up and send it back. I asked my school (i graduated in the philippines) to provide me all the details I needed. Hopefully this is the last requirement they ask from me.

hi ! what exactly is the declaration form ? did you get your eligibilty?
