NCLEX-RN ATT :(

I applied for NCLEX-RN exam January 2011 , i failed the boards 2x

now I am retaking it.. I re-registered at Pearsonvue april 1 and they haven't sent me my ATT yet..Do you guys know if there are any changes made by BON with regards to exam registration? for as far as I can remember last time i reregistered took only less than a week to send me my ATT, now its been 2weeks. :(

thanks guys.. I called them, I reapplied and they are asking for my clinical cases.. I am going to submit it tomorrow so hopefully thats all they wanted from me.

I finished my BSN in the philippines..

I dont know why BON is doing that to retakers, doesnt sound reasonable because in the first place we already applied and all they have to do is check the previous application and just issue us an approval. I dont know why retakers has to go a long way again. well.. :(

I graduated in the phils too but I havent experienced that when I reapplied. I hope everything will go well for you. Goodluck and God bless on your exam.

When i first applied to take my exam, I never encountered this too, and now I have to retake and undergo retake application since my application expired already,( only good for 1 year). So yeah, BON i think has new requirements . I have a friend ,the BON wants her to go back to school..geez.. :mad: I am just glad they responded me asking only a copy of my clinical cases,and hoping thats the only thing they need and wont ask for more :no:

Yes.. would be a better idea if i start studying again. planning to do it next week. right now i am finalizing all the resource materials i bought and planning manage the time using every book i bought. Before I never did this, but I guess now that I really want to pass it, I want to read every pages of my book and make sure I understand everything specially how to answer questions, in which i am no good at .

Congratulations to being an RN! When did you reapply in CA to get your ATT?

I haven't got my ATT yet. I reapplied last month, BRN sent me a mail asking for my clinical cases, I just submitted last thursday. Hopefully I'l be getting a reply this coming week (if they are quick enough to do that ):bow:

The fact you failed 2 times merits the BON reviewing your application. If your clinicals and theory were not done concurrently you will be denied and should be since this is the standard American students are held to.

Be aware that many people are being denied due to concurrency issues with their clinical cases even for retesting. Check the Advice on Immigration forum under the world tab
