Ok so i took my nclex pn and failed. i was just wondering when i take it the second time is it the same questions?

No they give you random diffrent questions.

The questions are changed every 45 days hence why you have to wait to resit the exam

]Will not be the same questions. So be sure to take a short break and regroup then study as though you have not tested before. You may want to consider doing Suzanne's Plan. Good luck.

There are 2500 questions that are in the question bank. The computer selects questions for you based on how you answered the previous quesion. They are not random, you actually determine what you will get.
The reason that one has to wait 45 days to retest is to make sure that the questions are completely different.
You should be preparing for this new exam as if you have never tested in the past.
