Hi all.....ho hum.... it's been a while since i posted, but i come often to view the boards....i can always find comfort or reassurance on the allnurses board--so here goes.
I took my nclex-pn exam this morning, and the test stopped at 85--somehow, i don't feel like i've passed the durned thing. i've been reviewing the saunders nclex review book/questions for the last 3 weeks--but the questions were nothing like the ones in the book...i received mostly meds or procedure questions--1 liners without much info provided in the question...
i was just wondering if anyone has failed with stopping at 85... please help..i'm in serious pain..

I just wanted to wish you best of luck on your results. I think there is a very small percentage that fail at 85, but I think the majority do pass. Try to do something fun to get your mind off the exam. Good luck!!

Hang in there! Waiting is the worst part.

Sending you good wishes on your exam. I just took and passed the PN exam at 85 a couple of weeks ago. Honestly, most of the people I know that has taken it, including myself, have come out thoroughly convinced of failure. I had a hard time holding back the tears in Pearson and bawled like a baby in my car. The worst part was the wait to find out. If you live in certain states you can get your result earlier. Here in Ohio, the BON posts the license on the website. Some of my classmates saw theirs on the website before pearson released it.
Thanks to all that replied....you're right, the waiting is the worst part.:uhoh21:

Good luck! While people do pass and fail at all numbers, the odds are greatly in the candidate's favor.

I hope you all the best.
Breathe, it'll be posted before you know it. Until then just breathe, you made it this far, the last hurdle is the biggest and offers you the biggest reward.
