NCLEX March 2017

I'm taking my NCLEX on March 11th. I graduated December 16th and wanted enough time to study. I've started using Uworld (Love it!), I've used Kaplan, LaCharity and Lippincotts Alternate Questions. I'm still not super motivated which worries me. I'm doing pretty well on Uworld, Kaplan is hard 😖 but I'm pushing onward.

Anybody else taking their NCLEX in March? What's working for you and what's not? Those of you who have already taken it...was it what you expected? RNs UNITE!!!

so i took it today with 75 questions.. to many SATA and OB lol

Been getting the good pop up.. but still don't know it until I see my name pop up on brn.

Congratulation kimyum90! I took it yesterday March 1st and finished with 75 questions. I got a lot of SATA but only a few OB, very little medication questions. I also got the good pop up but will wait a few days to find out for sure.

Hey! Im writing my NCLEX on March 07, '17.

I did the UWorld predictor today.

I got a 64% which Uworld said correlates to a 74% percentile and a "very high" chance of passing the nlcex.

is this a good indicator ?!

I used Uworld for about 5 days before my exam for nclex pn and my percentages were range at 38% - 61%. I also used NCSBN and my scores were the same as uworld. In my opinion, I think it doesn't matter if you get a high or low percentages. I have changed my schedule a lot of times because in my mind I wans't ready to take it and afraid to fail. One of my friend that also took the exam and passed once told me, "we are NEVER ready when it comes to exam", and she's right! I was going to move my exam on March 7th, but I decided to just take it anyway. I took my exam 4 days ago and until now I'm still getting the GOOD POP UP. I live in California and CA don't participate w/ quick result. I will give an update once I get my result.

I am testing in 2 days.

Today I am reviewing the material I have (notes from Kaplan) and trying to relax all day tomorrow. I do not plan on trying to learn any new material because like other members have said, we will never feel ready and there is always something new to learn! Good luck to everyone! We can do this!

Hi guys I test in 6 days. Boy am I nervous. I am a repeat test taker this is my 2nd time taking the test. I am using World mainly, but I do have the Remar Quick facts, Hey Rona Notes, and Hurst Review. I'm kind of scared to take the predictor test. My UWorld expires 3/11/ and I test 3/13. I am praying for a miracle because this has been a long... journey for me. Good Luck everyone and I hope to come back with good news. I am scoring in the 64% on Uworld. I here that is good. I hope Tuesday morning state board results will show that I PASS. :up: In the name of Jesus.

I take the NCLEX for the first time the same date as you and my uworld expires the same day!

I've been using Uworld and listening to the Mark Klimek audio. I read through heyrona's file and I intend to read through my Hurst Review book I got through school. Though, my strategy this week is to continue to study, but not over do it and really just focus on keeping my mind at ease and staying as positive as possible. I think that's really important.

Scoring a 64% on uworld is great! That's something I've been struggling with. I'm currently averaging 53% and my first assessment was borderline. I feel like my Uworld scores are ALL over the place form 40s to 80s. The last week I feel like they've just been getting worse too. Trying to stay positive regardless.
