I'm taking my NCLEX on March 11th. I graduated December 16th and wanted enough time to study. I've started using Uworld (Love it!), I've used Kaplan, LaCharity and Lippincotts Alternate Questions. I'm still not super motivated which worries me. I'm doing pretty well on Uworld, Kaplan is hard 😖 but I'm pushing onward.
Anybody else taking their NCLEX in March? What's working for you and what's not? Those of you who have already taken it...was it what you expected? RNs UNITE!!!

Hi, I graduated on December 16th too but I took the NCLEX on January 6th. I figured that I should have learned enough in nursing school to be able to pass the test and fortunately I did. I passed with 75 questions. Don't fret too much about it, sleep the night before, and know that you will probably feel like you failed when you are done!
I also wanted to add that my school incorporated ATI into our curriculum and that was all I used to study.

i graduated 12/17 and am taking nclex march 1. It's nice to know that someone is waiting a little while to take it as well. Seems that most of my class mates took it already, which is making me feel like I should have been done myself. I started with Kaplan and the nclex mastery app, used that for about a month and now exclusively uworld. After using uworld, I wish I would have just been using it the whole time instead of wasting my time and energy doing kaplan and nclex mastery. It was just too much. Stick with one program.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! My school gave us an ATI predictor test a week before our final...said I had a 94% chance of passing NCLEX the first time. Hope it's right. My school encouraged Kaplan and I did the in person review. I'm doing Qbank questions....I kind of gave up on those trainers.
Thank you for the encouragement...I'll post when I pass...í ½í¸œ
Im enjoying Uworld but I feel like I'm not getting enough questions right. I love the rationales so I'm going to keep it up. I'm trying to get through the Kaplan content book but it's a lot and I'm afraid I waited too long to really crack down. I've got to get through as many questions as I can!
I look forward to your "I PASSED" post!!! í ¾í´—

I graduated December 14 and took my NCLEX at the end of January and failed with 265 questions. The first time, I studied with uworld for about 2 weeks and did half of the qbank. After graduation and the holidays, I was unmotivated to study. Bad choice.
I have picked myself up, and ready to tackle the exam for a 2nd time. My date is March 16. I am using uworld, Saunders content book, and the Lacharity book. Lets motivate each other and get through this!

I am taking mine march 3rd. I wanted to take it a the end of February, but my ATT didn't come until yesterday and there was no sooner dates available.
My school used ATI throughout the program and I got 99% chance of passing on the predictor. I've been studying for about 5 weeks now. I bought the in-class Kaplan course but I didn't think it benefited much besides learning the decision tree. I also have done about half of the Uworld Qbank and am averaging 64% right now. the rationales ARE AWESOME so I haven't done much content review except for supplementing a tad with Saunders.

What is a decision tree?
The decision tree is a strategy kaplan teaches. it helps you with prioritization, such as ABCs, physical over psychosocial, ect.
I'm getting between 48-60 on my Uworld Qbank tests....is that bad? 24 days until my test...I'm starting to worry.
I wouldn't. It's not so much about the numbers, it is about developing critical thinking skills. For example, I test next friday. My scores on UWorld range from 52-78. I used to score in the high 50s low 60s and now I have been averaging mid to high 60s. I am definitely seeing improvements in the way I think.
