Hi Everyone, I was just curious as to what, how everyone else was doing in their kaplan, saunders or whichever nclex practice scores and uh the result of your nclex exam. Most of the posts I found were ah a few years old. Also good luck everyone who has still to take the exam. Please share or comment on the following:

- Kaplan QT 1-7 scores

hi guys i'm new in this site. I'm an international graduate nurse. I arrived 4 months ago here in america and took my Nclex last week but I failed. I used exam cram book and 3500 questions and answer. I feel like the exam is very confusing. It ask me some delegation, SATA and 1 calculation and the rest are drag and drop. but I encounter questions like if the patient lack VIT C what is the disease? is it a sign that I was not doing well? I shut off at 75

Please give me some feedbacks and suggestion if taking the Kaplan course is a helpful thing to do. Im going to take it again. because I know this are just trials.

Hello everyone! This will be my second attempt at the NCLEX, and this time i decided to review with the Kaplan online review.(my first attempt i only used saunders:nono:) I have been using it for three weeks now and have already done 75% of the qbank and the first four qtrainers. My average for the qbank is 57%, and my qtrainer scores are 1) 55% 2)63%3)54% 4)53%. My test date is at the end of september and i am not so happy with my scores.. kaplan is very challenging for me but i feel that is a good thing because it will help me think in an NCLEX way. i review every rationale at the end of every test and i have gone over half of the book so far while taking notes. My question is should i not pay so much attention to my scores or is there something else i can do to improve? i have also watched some of the content vids. Right now i feel a lot of doubt and am terrified to take the NCLEX again. i feel like i should be achieving in the 60's by now, and i only achieve it sometimes instead of most of the time. my usual for the qbanks are high 50's. :confused::uhoh21:

also my diagnostic was a 65%

*************lately i have been recieving in the 60's but i occassionally get mid-high 50's. just took a 'sample nclex exam 1' and got a 56! any advice on how i'm doing? i take nclex in 3 weeks!!!!!:down:

@rodriguez , at this stage pay attention to the opening pages of how to take the test, especially, Saunders. Read exam cram, the lacharity book that is a must. New ,RN nclex questions by lippincott, and frye.as 3300 bullets, I did not review with anyone..I read the rationals for the questions I got wrong 75 w and I left crying because I knew I failed, not so I passed.

wow have you read an entire book that adds up my anxiety cause i havent finish a real book... what i did was answer q&a and have scores 50-60 only that, it wont go beyond! in so anxious my exam on oct2

I never finish reading all of them, ispents hrs in Barnes and noble I could not buy all of them .Concentrate on the endocrin system, everything about blood, blood gases . Memorize all lab values and abnormalities, care plans, read pharmacology success comes with questions, take your time , be honest with yourself and put the time in, are u a EC graduate

sorry but i dont get what's EC graduate, im from phil and graduated 2005, im having hard time with my content, i plan on answering questions until oct. 2 and follow ur advice thanks a lot...
