Hello! want to ask if there's already a schedule available for the NCLEX exam in Hongkong ...

I wanna ask if the HK is full how bout saipan? Is Saipan a US Territory or a different country?

Saipan is a US territory, therefore, you don't have to pay an additional $150 when you schedule your exams. But you still have to pay Pearsonvue $200 for registration.

thanks lawrence... very helpful and informative.... i have this dilemma of changing the location instead. i really wanted to take it in HK coz the plane ticket is so cheap and i just have to stay at my aunt's place rather than in Saipan that the plane ticket's so expensive plus the hotels...

but i should choose carefully, right? i dont wanna confirm in HK, waste $150 then take it in Saipan...

Even, if you have a slot already you can change it (cancel/re-sched) anytime as long as it isn't less than 24 hours before the exams. No fee to re-sched either.

In your case, you will be really saving a lot if you do it in HK since you have accommodations covered already and plane ticket is cheap because of the budget airlines going to HK.

Try doing what I just said tom. and the next few days. You'll see that the on-line calender/scheduler changes very often and sometimes a full week opens up and even 2-3 weeks even.

Have the same predicament last year and I was able to make an appointment and even had the luxury of my preferred time slot and day.

Yes, just $200 for Saipan and no $150 International fee but generally packages going to HK is more affordable and more than make up the $150 if you're not so picky on the hotel accomodations and esp. if you have relatives in HK like our poster above.

I had NCLEX in Hong Kong in december and I had to shedule my appointment 3 months in advance. The only available slots were on Christmas Eve and New Year. And I took one of them. As Lawrence said, some of this appointments are not real, but candidates release them just a week or 2 before the actual date. Most of the cases you can not make travel araingements in only 2 weeks. Look at the other test centers close tou you.

Good Day! I'm an RN from the Philippines and I am to take the NCLEX-RN.

Pearsonvue should consider posting their available slots for the NCLEX in their website before we apply for the ATT so others won't have any problems like i have now:

I received my ATT today under New Mexico BON. My test validity is from December 14 to March 14, 2007 only.

I went to the Pearsonvue website to schedule for the exam but unfortunately, the latest available date is March 15, 2007 onwards which is past my validity dates...

I've already sent an e-mail to Pearson Vue customer service but their reply was not very helpful. They said that i should wait for any changes in the slots and that i should take the exam within the validity dates only (in that case, HOW?).

I wanted to call but unfortunately, our phone's out of order.

Please advise me on what to do next... I plan to take the NCLEX in HongKong on any day of February, if there's a slot. i'M TOO STRESSED NOW... I feel that I'm not yet ready to take the exam and then... this news... too bad 4 me.

Hong Kong test site is usually full with examinees for up to 3-4 months ahead of the current date. If you decide to select Hong Kong as the place where you'd take the exam, better look for a BON that issues a longer ATT and eligibility validity. If not, then just keep on trying(to check the schedule online or by phone), or just choose another test site.

There are always cancellations for test dates in Hong Kong, but they may not open up until a week or so before the exam.

Multiple different testing centers available in SE Asia. Saipan only requires a three days visa that the travel agency can arrange for you. Guam does require a full US tourist visa, even to take just the exam. Seoul, Taipei, Japan are also destinations that are available, but they do require a visa to be able to go there.

I just wanna ask if a U.S tourist visa is valid in Saipan? My friends wants to take the exam in Saipan and they only have the U.S tourist visa.Is this also valid or acceptable in Saipan or they still need to arrange for a VEP in a travel agency to go to Saipan? and how much is the testing fee needed to pay pearson if they will came from the phils?

Requirements will depend on the state. Reviews well we do not endorse any review centers
