hi i would like to ask the needed requirements for reapplying for eligiblity for repeat exam in california, i have the forms already sent by CALI BON. I took my nclex last may and i failed and now im gathering infos regarding applying by july.pls enlighten me to anyone who knows this..TY here are my questions 1) do i only need to fill up the form for repeat examination for nclex? bcoz the other forms like request for accomodation for disabilities is not applicable becoz im perfectly healthy 2) i already asked my school to fill up the form for request for nursing program validation do i need to submit this form together with the form for repeat for nclex test in one envelope or the school should sent it separately? 3) do i need to get a new TOR, course description from my school in PHilippines and photocopy of license from the PRC also have a newfingerprint card from the NBI ? 4) what do i need to submit to cali bon for reapplying for examination for NCLEX-RN again? IS it only the FORM of repeat for examination thats only 1page enclosed with the75 dollars mangers check? or will i have to include the form for nursing program validation from the school?

hi i have a question do you guys have any information regarding schools accepting doctors (surgeon) to take up nursing ? How many years is needed for the completion of the cors? Do you think it will take 2-3 years or 2 years will be enough to have a nursing degree.. Thanks

I also saw that before but i chose to go to a travel agency that gave me a good price for may..i think if your exam is on march you ask the travel agency's i think they hav lower prices for low season rate try to search nlang...april-may are peak season which means prices of hotels are bit higher .. my sister told me you can also try asiarooms.com to compare the prices of the hotels...hope this helps.

----------- I just wanna ask if a U.S tourist visa is valid in Saipan? My friends wants to take the exam in Saipan and they only have the U.S tourist visa.Is this also valid or acceptable in Saipan or they still need to arrange for a VEP in a travel agency to go to Saipan? and how much is the testing fee needed to pay pearson if they will came from the phils?

Thanks for your reply.... They confirmed it first before getting a CES.. The PRC told them they dont need the CES anymore since they already have the CGFNS exam. By the way is it okay if they use another vendor for submitting the fingerprint card?

Hi there i would just like to ask you guys my friend is applying for NCLEX Exam in Illiinois.She already requested for fingerprint card and an downloaded the application form.. She already has a CGFNS exam taken 2 yr ago, IELTS and TOEFL exams and visa screen certificate. Her question was does she still need to get a CES even if she already has a CGFNS exam which she passed already? and wer will she submit thefingerprint card and her application form? By the way my friend also had an offer in one of the hospitals in illinois Can someone pm me for the details regarding my friends situation and the documents she has to accomplish.? I really need it coz my friend doesnt really know what to do.. Thanks... Regarding with ur fingerprint card if you request it through website the CA- Bon will send it to you for free example if you request 10 Fingerprint card they will give it for you free but when u bring the 2 fingerprint cards to NBI you have to pay 40 pesos because one fingerprint card is 20 pesos each.... But when u send ur application to BOn-cali together with 1 fingerprint card you only pay 75+ 32 =107. If your fingerprint card is denied and you have to submit another one you have to resend again the other fingerprint you got as a reserve and pay again 32 dollars... Dont just send 75+32+32 right away with your forms if you only send 1 fingerprint card back to CALI bon you just have to pay for 1processing of fingerprint card worth 32 dollars....
