ATT e-mail

I don't know where you live, but if you're willing to drive a bit, check different Pearson locations. You may have to go out of your way, but you may get the date you want and it won't interfere with work.

Yes actually I was the first in my class to send my information in to the state and even paid Pearson, however, students who sent theirs in later received ATT before I did! I called and they told me the same thing they told you and it was in my email within a few hours. Wait until tomorrow afternoon then check email again and call.

As for the test date, originally I had a test date I did not want either because like you wanted to take my exam before work. I logged into Pearson several times for the day because my Kaplan instructor told us that people were ALWAYS making changes to their test dates. I did it for two days and finally got the date I wanted. Keep trying for the test date you want and I hope it works for you.

As for people getting ATT's sooner than others, that's what is happening with my school. I got mine May 21st (the day of my graduation) and people who sent it even earlier than I did have still not gotten theirs. No rhyme or reason and they're just as upset as you. As long as you know they have all your paperwork there's nothing more you can do. If you don't get it within the time frame they gave you I'd give another call back.

Yes, there were a lot of people in my class who all got the email the same day, and others who did not. Another thing to keep in mind is to keep checking back at available dates, when I first looked there were only 8am spots open around the time I wanted to schedule my test, but when I checked again a few days later, other times had opened up. I guess people changed their appointment, so maybe that will happen and you can get the time/day you want!

Also keep an eye on your junk folder has been known for members to find their ATT in there
