NCLEX application in NY for NON-US applicants.

I am a nurse here in the Philippines and it is my first time to apply for a licensure at New York State. I'm processing my CGFNS Credential Verification for New York State (CVS) online, but I haven't completed it yet. I just wanna make sure if I'm doing the right thing. Is there anyone here who can help me or give me information on the step by step process of applying for a license in NY state, from CGFNS up to application at the NY State Education Department (NYSED). I am doing the process on my own and just basing it from what I read from the site and the other blogs here, but I'm still confused. Can someone help me on this? One who had undergone the same process before. Thanks!

hello everyone! I just want to ask about payment to nysed using a dollar account. Actually im here in ksa and im facing difficulties for asking a bank draft. Till now my status of my application is waiting to recieved my documents coming from my school and professional provider. Is there any options to pay aside from bank draft? What about the cheque? Thank you guys and god bless....

Is it easier? Im from philippines and i dont know how to do money order is that the same with demand draft ? Its like a chechk also, i tried it before but that was my friends dollar account and she closed it so i cant use it.
