Has anyone Interviewed for NSCC ADN program? please share
Thank you very much, your sweet =) I have not heard anything else about second
interviews, other than from what I have read on here. I encourage you to stop in the nursing office and find out! It may not be your time but it is worth fighting for ( it can't hurt). The interviews were done in groups. My friend, in a different group, was asked completely different questions than me. There were a mix of scenarios, personal, past present and future events. I tried to prepare for a week in advance and was not prepared for any of the questions asked, nor was she. May 1st is on a Sunday, so they must have been mistaken and meant they will be sent out on the second. I wish you all the luck in the world, but please do yourself a favor and check for yourself. Mistakes can be made! Never give up =)
I have not heard anything either. I am dissappointed but there are other schools I applied to and hopefully will get accepted into at least one. If not then I will apply for a Spring program and just keep on keepin' on there after!
Also I just started a CNA course that will last for three weeks so I can practice patient care.
Good luck to those of you who were chosen and best wishes to you all!
I'm confused. I interviewed 2 weeks ago and haven't received a letter letting me know if i got in or not. How do your friends know that more interview letters went out? I wonder if they are really reconsidering people that weren't initially considered? When did you find out that you weren't accepted? I live in Nashville and figured I'd hear by now. Has anybody else interviewed and not heard anything? I'd like to know I'm not alone.. i'm getting too anxious.
From what I understand, those who received phone calls were accepted. I did not get a phone call so I assume I was not accepted. Another student with a high GPA, went down to the nursing office to ask why she did not get an interview. She was told that they did send her a letter to interview. Apparently there was a mistake. They told her that she could interview with the second group and interview letters would be sent out next week. That is all I know. Good luck.
Alright ladies and or gents.. I went to Nasvhille state today and spoke with someone in the nursing office. I explained to her that I'm sure she has been bombarded with questions regarding interviews ect, and that I haven't heard anything yet. She said they are still going through applications, and are only halfway through them. At this point, they are calling people AND sending out letters for interviews. They have interviewed some applicants and some people have already been accepted, but that isn't everyone. They are still going to be doing interviews and those who are going to be interviewed should be recieving a phone call and or letter stating when. She said don't give up hope, and they should have everything done within the next 2-3 weeks! SO with that being said, fingers crossed! I really hope we all get in! we deserve it
Yes I received a letter for an interview today and no it's not unfair. The have to do two interviews because they can't possibly do group interviews for everyone in one day. If you read the earlier post you will see that this was already discussed. I was in the first group of interviews last year then got a letter for another interview because they could not make a decision. I did not get in last year and I was in the first round of interviews. Everyone who has applied really want this and have worked hard too. Don't be rude or judgmental towards others trying to achieve the same goal. It won't get you anywhere. Once again, good luck everyone!

I haven't recieved anything yet. I have a feeling Im not going to hear anything. If they are sending out acceptance letters may 1st, I would think I would've heard something by now. It's ok, just not my time yet. So happy for you though, I'm sure you did great! Were the interviews group or individual? What all did they ask you??
