What unhealthy thing do you absolutely HAVE TO HAVE - to make it through, or right after your done with... clinicals (students), or your shift (RNs). My poison is a large coke (on ice)... and I am pretending not to have a problem with Nacho Doritos.:bugeyes:

popcorn. i am so bad. i will pop some and put it out to share with everyone, and i end up putting the bowl in my lap and eating all of it. i LOVE popcorn.

and coke zero. totally addicted.

Ice cream! It's not exactly low fat when you binge eat it out of the container. :uhoh21:

I probably go through 1.5 liters of Diet Mountain Dew every night! :uhoh21: I don't know how else to survive through the night since I also take classes during the day, so my sleep schedule is whacked!

A Coke, from McDonald's, and only McDonald's. I love that first blast when it hits the back of your throat!

My vice is Coke. I drink only one at work or during Clinical. It gives me that up and running type feel!

How interesting that many of us seem to need sugar!

For me, it's carbs. Lots of yummy heavy carbs. Usually in the form of french fries or mac and cheese.

My one liter bottle of diet coke, 16oz sugar-free red bull, AND one or two 5 hour energy drinks.

Brach's and only Brach's starlight peppermints... I love to crunch them between my teeth

Diet Mountain Dew in a bottle. I gotta keep the dog hair out of it somehow.
