I see that someone re-posted my posting from a while ago.....actually, the starting pay now at Methodist for a B.S. w/ night differential is $75,597. All benefits remain the same.
Okay, I just got OFFICIALLY offered a job at Hudson Valley Hospital in NY and they said with the $1 BSN differential they are paying $29.63 an hour, plus $2 evening diff and $3.25 noc diff, but they do 12 hr shifts. I asked HR to work out what days works out to be annually and she said $58K.
I accepted the position b/c it is only 3.4 miles from my house and it is a magnet hospital. I will be working on a telemetry floor.

PLEASE TELL ME that they are hiring? I am moving to that neighborhood this summer take my boards in June any info would help
Does anyone have any news about Beth Isreal Medical Center I just wanted some info salary, 12 hour shifts or 8 stuff like that. Anything would help
If you are referring to BIDMC in Boston (there is a Beth Israel in New York City) the new grad salary is $28.45/hr, for one year experience $30.16/hr. They are currently revamping the shift diff so I cant tell you what the rates are. Supposedly we will know in two weeks (BIDMC did not have shift diff, they had something called a PPC which is confusing to explain) what the rates will be. The hospital said the rates will be competitive.

Just curious, do you work for New York Hospital Queens? If yes, how do you like the hospital? I plan to apply there as a new graduate nurse in the near future. Any comment(s) and feedback on NYHQ will be greatly appricated.
Thank you in advance!!!
