I'm going into my 4th year of a BSN program and every year I like to set goals for myself, sort of a guide for the year. This years goals are:
1. Finish nursing school (yay!) with an average of 85~ (i'm ready for the grind).
2. Continue with my awsome workout that I started this summer: running 6.6KM three or four times a week in my hilly city, at 9pm. Someone somewhere said that if you want to get into the habbit of doing something, you have to do it about 20 times before it really sticks.
3. Help other students study. I found it to be a great way of retaining material. too bad I found this out 3 years too late...
4. continue working as a swimming instructor. It's a great way to get away from anything to do with nursing- and I get paid for it! (also get free access to the pool too)
5. To enjoy this last year and make th emost out of it.
I'M READY FOR THE ROLLACOASTER!!!
ARE YOU?

Im in the same boat myself. I suppose my goal is to finish this year. Thats it. To retain more and study more so Im not just doing well on a test and forgeting it. I'ld love to start some sort of excercise routine but havent yet. Good Luck!

I've resolved to be nice & get along with everyone. Last semester there were some bad dynamics in our clinical group. I was weak and have to admit that when some girls started talking about one or two of the others, I would participate. This semester I will not and I'll try my best to keep our group united. We're under enough stress - we don't need to add more by being uncivil towards each other.
