You are doing great! Those Kaplan scores are really good. I took the test last week for the second time and I passed with Kaplan. Just keep reviewing those rationales on the qtrainers and qbank. When you take the test just take your time with each question. Good luck!
Thank you so much Ash:)..I have to thank Hurst for that :) I definitely will my time on the test...I will succeed this time. thank you for your reply:)
Here are some more scores:
QT5: 66%
ATI Comprehensive form A: 65.3%
Lippincott's 5th ed:
Comprehensive test 1: 64%

Your scores are much better than mine and I passed! I used Hurst and Kaplan as well for my second try. You will do great! Relax the day before the test.

I used Udan NCLEX test prep for reading and fast facts and the last 5 days I used Pearsonvue's exam cram practice question. I was doing 250 a day at first using the Pearsonvue exam cram but I was running out of time so the last 3 days before the exam I was doing 500 questions a day. 250 questions in 4 hours. My chapter 1 score with it was 60% then it went up as I did the Chapters.
250 questions a day from
Chapter 1 = 60%
Chapter 2 = 70%
500 questions a day from merged chapters
Chapter 3 = 77%
Chapter 4 = 85%
Chapter 5 = 88%
Chapter 6 = 85%
I like the Pearsonvue exam cram a lot :)

New2Nursing14' I haven't done any Kaplan qbank to be honest. I did have a Kaplan book before but it was like test taking strategies so I can't really compare. That Kaplan book was a waste for me but I got it for free since Amazon delivered it late. Haha!
I passed NCLEX RN last Jan. 14 with 75 questions. I would recommend doing the whole thing just to get your mind set. Even if you don't do it all and at the same time stick to Kaplan and do it on the sides, I think it's still ok. It's all about consistency for me.
When I took the exam, I was so used to the pattern of Pearsonvue that I was focusing more. It was like muscle memory with the speed of my reading and analysis as I did like 1300 questions with the same format. It helps to be consistent.
thank you guys

ATI Comprehensive form B: 63.3%
Kaplan qtrainer 6: 68.5%
I will take qt7 next wk couple of days before my test and I will some of Hurst's tests..I have gone through EKGs such vfib/vtach, afib, aflutter, pvcs, sinus rhythms, do I need to go over 1st/2nd/3rd heart blocks? did you go over them?...thanks for help!
Somehow I did worse on my Qtrainer 5 than 4. Am taking my qtrainer 6 now. 200 questions is soo long
In Pearson question Exam cram book- they dont focus much on first/most/priority/safety...more general straight forward questions- you either know it or don't. Shorter in length too. Kaplan focuses more on priority and safety on a nursing floor. You can usually narrow it down to 2 answer choices. I wonder what the NCLEX questions were like Pearson Exam Cram or Kaplan style questions.
tell me about...long for sure...I was sick while taking qt6 too..I just had to do my best...I am just focusing on what I have kaplan qtrainers, lippincotts 5ed., Hursts tests (which I am not too crazy that way they ask qs)..anyways, I can only do all the best and keep pushing forward..We WILL SHINE :) God will take us to the finish line:)
