hi loryn! may i know what travel ageny u engaged with or what hotel and airfare accomodation did you get into? thanks!![]()
its much cheaper if you handle everything from flight to your hotel.
though based on my experience, you can get a good deal from online reservation sites like hoteltravel.com or asiarooms.com if you transact with them at least 2-3 mo. in advance, but it depends on the season.
i ended up with central park hotel and flights via cebu pacific.
the key is to book as early to get the lowest rates.
read more here and will post more of my adventures soon:

P150 - 175 thou. there were 3 of us. 5 days inclusive of ocean park and disney, with shopping, fares for the duration of stay, food. etc. homestay near exam site.but, i think P25 thousand - P30 thousand is enough for a 3 days stay.
try buda travels near edsa and quezon avenue.
Yikes,,,that's too much hehe
Been to HK lately so there's no need for shopping, disney, ocean park or restaurants when i take nclex and oh, they have such nice "carinderias" there too. you should check it out!

I spent around 50K. 5 days stay plus Ocean Park and Shopping. HK is a nice place to visit. Make sure to have some fun and tours after taking the NCLEX exam. You sure deserved to have a break. After all those months of studying. Visiting places around HK makes you forget the anxiety after the exam. Goodluck to you...
I've been there too. Nice place indeed with lots of nice eating places. Cafe de coral. My advice here is that you have to bring your own water. There are cheap hotels in kowloon area; 100 hk/night. I stayed at central park hotel pretty near at the grand millenium plaza than Ramada Hotel.
You just need maybe 30,000 php.:monkeydance:
