  1. If this is true at least we are thankful that for ROW it did not retrogress that much.
  2. To Neneng, We have the same PD hope this would be our moment. Hope so.
  3. Hello, If you review word for word on the US immigration law there is no LPN stated there. In the Philippines they just misinform people just to get the money from our pockets. There is no License Practical Nursing visa sort of thing like that. I am mad on those schools who wanted to exploit students' money and careers are only a waste. Even CHED (Commission on Higher Education) made a Memo on this matter. If we only share these things to our fellow countrymen then there will be no victims. Please search for more informations. I'm so sorry for you.
  4. Same pd as you case complete status too.
  5. To those who are waiting for interview schedule please stand up! So that this thread will be in festive mood again. Thread Alive!
  6. Not a good thing for a 2008 applicant like you. Many are also in waiting those people who have their pds at 2004 and their case is already complete. Mine was completed last week. the later you have applied for I-140 the lesser the chances. Because of the high demand plus the dependents take note of that. It's the reality. As Madam Suzzane said ,read a lot of threads here. The more you read the more you will know. I've been reading all of the threads here for 2 years already.
  7. No offense in telling you the facts practical nursing is not describe in immigration law as a way to be a qualified immigrant. If you have only read the articles on NVC website or USCIS you will know your fate. There are anomalous marketing campaigns in the Philippines that practical nursing is in demand abroad. I am not against PN but you know there are corrupt schools who are not after your welfare but just wanted to have your money. Kindly read the by-laws of US immigration especially under immigrant and temporary workers. In US there are no shortcuts the rule of the law will always prevail. I am sorry.
  8. lets bury this thread for some time. Hibernate mode. sign off
  9. All we can say is that it would likely be not a good thing because they have already paid the fees. The rules must change.
