  1. i heard its under an insurance company.
  2. to: silverdragon102 and suzanne4, thanks for your prompt replies! you're right suzanne, the hospital wants a guarantee that the nurse will be coming and will work for them thats why they want the nurse to shoulder the expenses and just reimburse them when they arrive in the us.
  3. hi! just want to ask if its legal for the nurse as the recruit to pay for her own petition (eb-3 for immigration filing fee, lawyers fee, etc.) and reimbursed once in the us? is this really the practice of agencies or direct hire employers now in the us?
  4. have you heard of telephonic case management? its now here in manila. anybody who does this job?
  5. hi leis! tnx for your reply! you mean i have to go to our post office here in my place to get the mail? i have received mails from cts before but they were all delivered in my doorstep. were all the correspndence from cts registered? like the receipt of our application and eligibility letter? or just the official results of nclex? im so worried that i haven't received my results yet.
  6. i guess they will. cause i have a friend who took the exam for nj and she did not take the toefl. instead, she passed her ielts.
  7. hi! i took my nclex-rn exam on aug29,2007 in manila, phil. according to the quick results, i passed. but as we all now, quick results are unofficial. so, im waiting for the official notification letter it comes with an application form for my license. and i need to send it back to them with a $50 fee. its been 6 weeks since i took the test and i haven't received any letter yet. i've emailed both dpr and cts. only dpr replied and she told me to call the technical assistance unit. i called the unit and told me to call the testing unit. again i called the other unit and gave me a # that is cts. now, cts gave me this # (217) 782-0458 to call and that my file is with them and to tell them that i am applying for my license. and i just cant get through with that #. either its busy or you'll keep on hold forever!!! i can't even clearly hear the welcome greeting, is it licensure mail or licensure main. all i can hear was licensure as the first word. has anybody here passed il nclex-rn exam. how long did u rcvd your official notification letter?

  9. sorry to hear that... hpoe you'll make it the next time... "god knows best."
  10. as what i know, if you're a fresh grad or you don't have any experice yet, you'll not be assign in icu (asian). before they would but now, i doubt it. heard you have to be in the floor first before u can transfer to icu.
  11. its not really fully booked. you'll still be able to find a slot for this year. slots open every now and then...
  12. for ricemilk: i would suggest you to apply for licensure to il directly since you're working in that state. endorsing would take you more time (i think). il is not really bad when it comes to eligibility as long as you submit the required documents in a timely manner. you wont even have big problems with the ces since you have a cg certificate whether you apply for a ces report or a letter of cg cert verification. cgfns has your record on file. goodluck to you! im taking the nclex for il licensure.
  13. in my experience, i didnt take toefl before getting my eligibility letter for taking the nclex.
  14. you dont have to pay for requesting a fingerprint card and for the application packet. the packet can be downloaded in the website while fingerprint card may be requested thru an email msg sent to them or a ground mail for free. suggest you email them for faster response. have you passed the cg exam? if not, you have to apply for your ces from cgfns.
  15. i did get one! just now. august 27, 2007! i can't believe my eyes when the date came up before my two eyes, after several times of clicking each and every week. my worries were lessen. now i can focus on my review. thanks for all your help!
