Hi everyone !!! After 5 years I finally decided to pick up where I left off. Time to apply for nursing school
Application period is July 1st - September 1st. I'm coming in with 54 points pre-HESI. Just wanted to wish anyone else out there applying to Mt. SAC good luck with the HESI tomorrow
I have yet to see a thread on this particular application period for Mt. SAC so I hope many more join this thread as we proceed with this tedious journey.
I believe they may tell you where you stand as far as points at the appointment. I don't think they have decided who is an alternate until after the appointments where they verify your transcripts and eligibility. I don't believe they tell you if you are an alternate until the first week of November when they send acceptance letters.

Hi welcome ! No you won't know until official invitations to the program are sent in November BUT you can kind of unofficially get an idea of where you stand during your appointment if you were emailed as a candidate for the program last week .
Just had my verification meeting. I'm #38, I'm definitely in! She told me to expect my offer of admittance around the 2nd week of November! Orientation will be January 11-14 from 8:00-4:30. :-D

From what ive read in previous entries, yes. They show you where you rank on the list. You may need to ask during your appointment though
